Miervaldis Jenčs, Nauris Puntulis and Guntars Runģis, soloists from the Latvian National Opera company, are on their sixth tour of America. The Three Tenors are wildly popular in Latvia and in demand everywhere. They have travelled extensively throughout the world, including Lithuania, Estonia, Sweden, Scotland, Cypress, Russia, Australia, Asia, England, Canada and the United States.
The repertoire of the Three Tenors is broad ranging and diverse. Their US tour, with accompanist Gints Bērzins, will include well-known opera arias, selections from operettas, songs from Latvian composer Emīls Dārzins, and a special presentation of Spanish music - Amor hispano - with everything from classical zarzuellas to popular tunes
